The Owners and Administrators of BamberBunnies.com (“the Admin Team,” “we,” “us,”) provides this site and sire-related services (collectively, the “Site”) subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement (the “Agreement”).  By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use the Site.

This Agreement is made between the Admin Team and you, as a Site visitor, and/or member (“you”).  We reserve the right at any time to:

•    Change the terms of this Agreement;
•    Change the Site, including eliminating or discontinuing any content on or feature of the Site; or
•    Change any fees or charges for use of the Site.

Be sure to review this Agreement periodically to ensure familiarity with the most current version.

1.    Registration

The registration information you provide to us when using the “contact us” link is considered private and personal between you and the Admin Team. The Admin Team does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

•    We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
•    We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situation involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of the Site’s terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.

You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Site's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (i) immediately notify the Admin Team of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (ii) ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session. The Admin Team cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this term.

2.    Rules of Online Behavior

The Admin Team reserves the right to monitor all member content (including, user’s comments, forum posts, blogs, bio’s and/or any other user-created content) to remove any objectionable material at any time, in our sole discretion.  By viewing and/or participating in blogs or any other services provided by the Site, you acknowledge that you may encounter material you find to be offensive.  Please report any objectionable content to the Admin Team.  The Admin Team disclaims any responsibility for such material.

When using the Site and/or Software, you agree not to:

•    Attach files to any postings or communications to the Site, its users or the Admin Team that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may adversely affect the operation of another’s computer;
•    Participate in such a way as to undermine the operation of BamberBunnies.com, or any services offered by the Site;
•    Use comments, blogs, forum posts, or any other service to harass other users;
•    Use profanity, derogatory or other abusive language (frak is acceptable!);
•    Use BamberBunnies.com to disseminate any inappropriate, defamatory, libelous, threatening, infringing, obscene or unlawful material or information;
•    Violate any copyright law, or other intellectual property law,
•    Violate any criminal statute;
•    Promote the violation of this Agreement.

Blogs, forum posts, comments, and any other user-generated content should also be “on topic.”  Acceptable topics include, but are not limited to: Jamie Bamber (Television and movie roles, convention appearances, interviews, magazine articles, etc.) and the Bamber Bunnies (Biographies, Blogs, Bunny Meet-Up’s, etc.).  Off topic content may be edited or removed at the sole discretion of the Admin Team.

Any breach of this Agreement may result in termination of registration to the Site.
